DELIVERY INFORMATION

Each Juice Cleanse is made fresh to order to ensure the highest quality cleanse experience. Our products are guaranteed fresh for 4 days after delivery. Please refrigerate all contents as soon as possible after accepting the package.

Delivery:

  • You do not need to be home at the time of delivery as our products are sealed and packaged with insulation to ensure the juices remain at adequate temperature for many hours.
  • Delivery is a flat fee of $15, regardless of the suburb and amount of times your order requires delivery (4-7 Day Cleanse will require two deliveries, however, you will only be charged once).
  • Weekday deliveries: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Weekend deliveries: Saturday and Sunday. Delivery schedules are between 8am-6pm to your listed address.
  • If you live in an Apartment Building, please provide very specific notes (door access codes, etc.) so the driver can access your building/concierge.
  • You can check your delivery day options using your postcode on the Cart Page.

5-7 DAY CLEANSES:
5-7 day Juice Cleanses will receive multiple deliveries to ensure high quality and freshness of produce (incurring no extra charge). Your delivery schedule will be based on your delivery date (second delivery will be 3-4 days after the first delivery). Please email info@onthejuice.co and we can advise on the specific date.

POST CLEANSE: BOTTLES AND COOLER BAGS?
The bottles and cooler bags are yours to keep! They are reusable and or recyclable.
If you would like to return the bottles and cooler bags to us, we love to reuse and recycle. We ensure bottles and cooler bags are disinfected and thoroughly cleaned before reuse.

There are two ways to return the items:

  • You can drop them off to our On The Juice Nutrition Bar located at Shop 2, 310 Carlisle Street, Balaclava VIC 3183
    Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm. Or Saturday – Sunday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • We can collect bottles and bags from your address at your next Cleanse delivery: please leave the items at the entrance/concierge of your requested delivery location the day of your scheduled cleanse delivery.
