Cleanse Schedule

Consume in the order (below) at the time directed or approximately 90 minutes apart.
Spacing consumption promotes regular digestion, boosts metabolism and allows for stable energy.

When you wake up:
Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice — We’ve included fresh lemons for your cleanse!

8–10 am:

1–2 pm:

2–3 pm:

3–4 pm:
Nutrient Boost – Hydration, dark leafy greens, boost overall nutrient intake.

4–6 pm:
